The POSA story began with an idea in January 2017. Over the course of nine months we nurtured this idea, studied, evaluated, and experimented with it. We worked on the name and the design, developed the technology and the product line, so we could offer an innovative, complete product to the world.

Standing at the headwaters of the POSA concept is a group of professionals from all over the world, each one a specialist in his respective field:

Carl is an entrepreneur and guru of the manufacturing process. Over his long career he has started businesses in New York, St. Petersburg, and Moscow. Nearly all of Carl’s work involves manufacturing in East Asia where he employs his know-how and tinkers with production technologies to achieve the highest quality possible. Carl is now serving as POSA’s head of production.

Lena is POSA’s design director with an unmatched taste for the wonderful and sublime. Her resume boasts work for companies on nearly every continent, from local craft concerns to large international brands. At POSA, Lena oversees the aesthetic quality of the project by maintaining beauty and simplicity.

Kaisa serves as the product manager. After developing lines for brands like Marc O’Polo and Vagabond, she now provides market research and development for POSA’s product line. Kaisa is an expert at navigating market trends and is constantly monitoring the changing attitudes and needs of the customer.

Alexey is an entrepreneur in the advertising and marketing arena. He’s an expert at analyzing the marketplace, identifying needs, exposing gaps in the current offerings, and delivering what the customer truly needs. Alexey’s main job is spreading the love of POSA around the world.
